Wonderful book, a must read for anyone wondering why they're not yet the better person they desire

Thanks to the common-sense wisdom in this little book, I am making progress in a few areas where I had been stuck for years. His lessons aren't in the bits and pieces of the usual checklists, goal setting, innoffensive sentence structure and the like. Rather, he opens insight into how we deceive ourselves into all sorts of excuses for bad behaviour and all our various reasons why we can't succeed, through the lens of basic personalities and truths of human nature. Then he adds the light of why the changes should be made, and his recipie is complete.
My little review here by no means brings light to this book. I can say that when I finished reading it this morning, I shed some tears of sadness because I am so grateful for his book but won't be sharing my mornings with Dr. Allers anymore. Then I realized he might have more books -- and he sure does! -- and I plan to read more of them. And I sure hope you join me and start with this book.
